THINGS YOU WILL NEED TO GET STARTED:

1) Find a Location that is a Flat Level Surface. (Covering at Least 7 Feet in Diameter) Grass, Concrete, and Decks are fine.  Grass may yellow or brown depending on the health of the grass and the length of use.  

2) Check that the Location is Accessible.  

3) Find Two Water Sources Eg. Outdoor Hose, Indoor Faucet, Washer Hoses etc...We will bring hoses required to fill your tub.

4) Find a standard electrical outlet (115 volts) within 10 feet to 15 feet of the HOT TUB Placement. The CIRCUITshould not be overloaded with other appliances and uses.  The Water pump requires 15.6 amp breaker.

How many people can I fit in the hot tub?
It will allow for 6 people comfortably.

How do I get some turbo bubble action?
To turn on turbo pump to the left it is the knob in the middle of the control panel. To turn turbo pump off, turn the knob to the right.

How much space do I need for a hot tub?
An 7 ft by 7 ft clear area is sufficient to install the hot tub.

How do we fill and empty it?
The hot tub can be filled from any tap. And it can be emptied into a drain.

How long does it take for the hot tub to heat up?
The tub will be ready to use as soon as it's full if you have purchased the initial heating package. Without the initial heating package on weekly rentals the hot tub will heat approximately 1 to 1-1/2 degree F. Please leave the hot tub lid on while it's heating up.

How do I maintain the heat in the hot tub?
Place cover on hot tub and lock it place.   Note: Cover must be in place for the hot tub to heat properly.

How much water does it take to fill the hot tub?
300 gallons.

Why does the water feel cooler after using the hydrotherapy jets?
The jets blow cold air through the water to create the bubbles and this cools the water down.  We recommend using the hydrotherapy jets sparingly.

How do I control the temperature in the hot tub?
Push the Plus (+) Button up to turn up the temperature and the Minus (-) button down to turn the temperature down. Circulating pump will activate and you should have water flow through the jets in the Hot Tub. This max setting is approximately 104 degrees.

How much does the hot tub weigh when filled up?
A hot tub weighs 2569 lbs when filled with water.

Can I have the hot tub installed anywhere?
All hot tubs must be installed on a structurally sound, relatively smooth and level surface that is strong enough to support it when filled. It MUST be installed on firm, sharp object-free spaces. We will not install the hot tub on dirt, as it will greatly increase debris entering it.

Can I move the hot tub once it has been delivered?
NO!  Once the hot tub is filled up, you must not try to move it. When our hot tubs are delivered, you sign an agreement stating that you will not move the hot tub.

Do I need to have a shower before getting in the hot tub?
Yes you do. This helps keep the water clean and means you have a better and healthier hot tub experience.

How high are the hot tubs?
27" (with the cover on.)

How wide are the hot tubs?
78" (198 Centimeters)

How much power does the hot tub use?
The hot tub will run off your main electricity supply.

Will my floor get wet?
Yes, your floor will probably get wet. We recommend using the hot tub outdoors or in a place where water can easily drain away.

The amount of water spilt depends on how many people are in the hot tub, the number of times people get in and out, whether the people are splashing water and if the Hydrotherapy jets are working.

Can I drink al cohol in the hot tub?
WARNING!! The use of alcohol, drugs or medication before or during hot tub use can greatly increase the risk of fatal hyperthermia.

Hyperthermia occurs when the internal temperature of the body reaches a lev el several degrees above the normal body temperature of 98.6 DegF. The symptoms of hyperthermia include; an increase in the internal temperature of the body, dizziness, lethargy, drowsiness, and fainting.

The effects of hyperthermia include;
(1) failure to perceive heat
(2) failure to recognize the need to exit hot tub
(3) unawareness of impending hazard
(4) fetal damage in pregnant women
(5) physical inability to exit spa or hot tub
(6) unconsciousness resulting in the danger of drowning.
So please be carefull!

How Hot Can The Hot Tub Get?
The water in a spa or hot tub should never exceed 40°C (104°F). Water temperatures between 38°C (100°F) and 40°C (104°F) are considered safe for a healthy adult.
